I worked for CAP / SNOMED College of American Pathologists as a Manager of Technical Consulting for SNOMED Terminology Solutions.

SNOMED CT is the premier international standard for medical terminology. Currently in use in 11 countries, SNOMED CT is an ontology with over 300,000 unique terms.

Joined team charged with building a technical consulting organization from the ground up. Working with different stakeholders in the healthcare industry (hospitals; HIT vendors; government agencies; etc.).

Led product development for new software and consulting services.

Utilized salesforce.com to data mine company's past clients, contacts for new revenue opportunities.

Helped define sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Managed 02 people directly: Account Manager / Salesperson, and Technical Consultant.
